Our delivery service is available for ONLY out produce and for all local areas within a certain radius from our location. We strive to provide timely deliveries to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. We typically require at least 48 hours notice to schedule a delivery, but we may be able to accommodate same-day requests depending on our availability.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please ensure that someone is present to receive the order at the designated delivery time. If you have any special instructions or requests regarding the delivery, please let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Meat produces are avaible for loal pick up only.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Ewe and Me Farms, we take pride in ensuring that all our customers are satisfied with the quality of our products. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a return and refund policy in place to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your shopping experience.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item. We will offer an exchange for the item, as per your preference. To receive an exchange, please send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order number, and we will arrange for an exchange as soon as possible.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for meat/produce products. This is because once the meat has left the store, there is no way to guarantee that it has been handled or stored properly. Additionally, even if the meat appears to be in good condition, there may be bacteria present that could cause illness if consumed.
