If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item. We will offer an exchange for the item, as per your preference. To receive an exchange, please send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order number, and we will arrange for an exchange as soon as possible.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for meat/produce products. This is because once the meat has left the store, there is no way to guarantee that it has been handled or stored properly. Additionally, even if the meat appears to be in good condition, there may be bacteria present that could cause illness if consumed.
